The products you purchase can be delivered all over Greece. Shipments are scheduled everyday during weekdays and they are served by the private courier company GENIKI. Shipping takes 1-3 days to be delivered depending on the delivery location.
Purchases registered until 12 oclock noon, are scheduled for delivery the same day.
Purchases registered later than 12 oclock noon and prior to midnight of the same day, are scheduled to be shipped next business day.
Shipping terms and conditions
For purchases with total value greater than 151 euro, shipment within Greece is done absolutely free of charge.
For shipment of purchases with total value less than 150 euro within Greece, you will be charged with courier expenses of 5,5 euro.
For shipments outside Greece and to any country within the European Union, you will be charged with transportation expenses of 25 euro, unless the total value of the purchase is greater than 400 euro. In such case the shipment is absolutely free of charge to the above countries.
Shippments are scheduled only upon full settlement of the purchase value through one of the available payment methods (credit card - immediate release, bank transfer - release of shipment upon receipt of funds).

RETURNS
Products can be returned only if the below prerequisites are met.
Returns can be accepted only for goods shipped within Greece.
Goods should be in their initial package (where exists)
Goods must be in perfect condition.
No return will be accepted unless previously communicated and arranged with our shop (ask for Mr Vassilis Kokkotis).
Goods should have been purchased within the previous 10 days.
Products that were purchased with a special price or deal, cannot be returned.
Return expenses have to be covered by you, unless other ways agreed with us.
